The 420th Infantry Division is a 21+ online gaming clan and community focused on team play, camaraderie, respect, and hilarious antics. Members come from all walks of life, including full-time professionals, parents, military veterans, foreign dignitaries, and both casual and competitive PC gaming enthusiasts.
The 420th Infantry Division is organizationally comprised of a main core division [=420th=] and various operational sub-divisions for game-specific clans/guilds including [CDXX], [BUD], [420F], and [WGE].
Originally formed in 2001 as a tactical FPS squad in the very first Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon (PC), The 420th Infantry Division began full competitive operations upon the release of Battlefield 1942 by EA/DICE. With the Battlefield franchise, the clan evolved into a dedicated unit and competitively participated in the CAL and PL leagues.
Since then, The 420th Infantry Division has branched out into numerous sub-divisions operating in various other games, communities, and play styles.
Today, The 420th Infantry Division remains a close-knit organization of like-minded gamers from all walks of life and gaming genres with a core focus on camaraderie, casual play, respect and mature humor.
ALL =420th= members are bound by our Code of Conduct.

Success is often times more attitude than aptitude. Grin at challenges. Become the influence of motivation and encouragement to those around you. - THE TEAM
We are greater together than as individuals. Give consideration for team objectives before personal. Help your fellow teammates. - THE TAG
Wearing the =420th= tag makes you a direct representative of the clan. Do not ‘name share’. This means if a friend/relative/spouse wants to share an account, they should use their own name without the tag. - FRIENDSHIP & REAL LIFE
The =420th= is primarily a group of like-minded friends that enjoy a good game. Real life obligations will always supersede clan affairs. Be open and mindful of others’ real life issues. Keep the clan informed when possible.
If inter-clan conflicts can be resolved through reasonable and friendly means, it should. Ego disputes will be settled via in-game knife fight; losers will be promptly ridiculed.

Early members begin forming small online squads for coordinated tactical operations in various titles including Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six.
