Below you will find information on the recruitment process,
criteria, and availability.

The process:
Our recruitment process is typically longer than most.
This is to ensure a high calibre of personnel within our
ranks and requires the recruit to display patience, maturity,
as well as skill.
The first step is to place the tag "=R="
before your screen name. (For example, GIJoe would become
=R= GIJoe.) This alerts all
members to take notice of a recruit.
Next the recruit must ensure that he/she has all the necessary
software/hardware required. This includes:
Latest BF patches and updates
Teamspeak (including microphone)

Officer for full list.
Recruits are then required to arrange a minimum of three
(3) meetings, each with a different active member (preferably
of higher rank) for an evaluation/try-out session. This
may involve game play or a simple discussion.
Recruits are also encouraged to hang-out on the Teamspeak
and game server to gain more familiarity with the team.
This will help during the voting phase.
Once the team is ready the recruit will be taken into
the voting phase. Each recruit will be notified via email
of the results afterwards. Recruits who could not be accommodated
for a slot are allowed to apply again during the next open
recruitment phase.
Newly accepted recruits will be further instructed via
email on beginning their new-recruit orientation.

Recruits will be scored on the following criteria:
Teamplay skills:
Team (flag) points - Taking and defending flags
Communication - ID'ing targets, warnings, requests,
etc.
Small-squad tactics proficiency - Cover and
advancement, positioning, etc.
